Privacy Information for Membership Requests
This notice explains the information used to handle membership and visit requests. Contact the club before submitting if you need clarification.
What we collect and why
The request form collects contact details, intended visit timing, membership status and an optional note. We do not collect an ID number or an ID image online. Bring your original physical ID to your visit; it is checked at the door.
The information is used to prepare and respond to the request, protect the private association and meet applicable obligations. It is not a promise of admission.
Access, storage and retention
Access should be limited to people involved in handling membership requests and the service providers needed to operate the form and communications.
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for handling the request, administration, security and applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your choices
You may contact the club to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw a pending request.
